Tancoe was founded in 1995 as a business consulting company. Since then, Tancoe has worked with everything from early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across numerous industries. Eventually, Tancoe expanded into construction and upskilling and has been operating in those spaces for over a decade.

Dr. Tanya Dugat-Wickliff, PhD, EMBA
Founder & CEO
Dr. Tanya Wickliff specializes in Organizational Transformaion, Supply Chain / Process Optimization and Strategic Leadership. Her background includes more than 40 yrs of Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Construction, and Advanced Manufacturing Experience.

She holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from University of Houston, an Executive MBA from UT Dallas, and a PhD in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Texas A&M University, and she has been trained in Lean Six Sigma and project management.
Jamar Dugat
COO & Director of Field Operations
Jamar Dugat brings over 25 years of experience managing projects across industries. He served in the National Guard, and after leaving the military continued to support military operation for years including setting up and decommissioning communication/security networks in middle eastern military bases.Â

He manages field operations for personnel and and has expertise in fiber infrastructure, telecommunications, logistics, and equipment installations.Â
Dr. Cortlan J. Wickliff, PhD, JD
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Dr. Cortlan Wickliff specializes in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Government Relations, and Public Private Partnerships. His background includes more than 15 yrs of engineering and legal experience.Â

He holds a Bioengineering Degree from Rice University, a Harvard Law Degree, and a PhD in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Texas A&M University, he has been trained as a certified compliance and ethics professional, and he is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas (2013).
